Core Manufacturing & Assembly

Core Fabrication

We perform lamination bonding for stators, armatures, and rotor cores using:

  • Electrical epoxy resin systems

  • Rivet fastening and TIG welding

  • Custom Stator Assemblies: From 0.5” up to 36”

  • Dimensional Range: Core diameters from 0.713” to 15.000” | Heights from 0.480” to 9.500”

Winding & Coil Technologies

  • Magnet Wire Range: AWG 42.5 to AWG 8.

  • Configurations: 2-phase, 3-phase, and custom winding (including Hairpin capability).

  • Precision: Single-wire, turn-by-turn winding for critical applications and coil group winding systems.

Advanced Joining & Insulation

  • Soldering: Per IPC J-STD-001 (Space Addendum).

  • Joining: Torch brazing (BCuP applications) and Spot welding (Commutators 1.000” to 5.000”).

  • Insulation: Nomex, Kapton, Mylar, and fiberglass systems.

  • Protection: Fluidized bed coating, Dip & Bake, and Epoxy encapsulation via custom molds.

We provide precision CNC machining services for aerospace and defense applications, supporting low-to-medium volume production with high complexity requirements.

Capabilities:

  • 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machining (expanding to 5-axis)

  • CNC turning for shafts, housings, and cylindrical components

  • Tolerances: Up to ±0.0005”

  • Surface Finish: Down to Ra 10 µin
