Winding & Coil Technologies

Magnet Wire Range: AWG 42.5 to AWG 8.

Configurations: 2-phase, 3-phase, and custom winding (including Hairpin capability).

Precision: Single-wire, turn-by-turn winding for critical applications and coil group winding systems.
Advanced Joining & Insulation

Soldering: Per IPC J-STD-001 (Space Addendum).

Joining: Torch brazing (BCuP applications) and Spot welding (Commutators 1.000” to 5.000”).

Insulation: Nomex, Kapton, Mylar, and fiberglass systems.

Protection: Fluidized bed coating, Dip & Bake, and Epoxy encapsulation via custom molds.
